Sandorè Srl assembles machines for the production of fresh and dry, long and short pasta, gnocchi (also filled) and pasticceria. The family-run company was founded in the 60s in Zanè, in the province of Vicenza, by Mr Marini, who has dedicated his work, with the help of his children and grandchildren to design and manufacture presses, extruders, dryers and other machines for the food industry of pasta, from pasta factories to pastry shops, for Italy and abroad.“PERFETTA” for small workshops, delis, catering for the production of sweet and savory delights.

Co-extruder machine with screws for stuffed products, with diaphragm cutting system, made of certified stainless steel AISI 304. All the parts in contact with the food, including the diaphragm cutting unit, are easily removable for a successful washing, also in the dishwasher. The machine is supported by 4 self-levelling feet and adapted to be positioned on a work table or on the “optional” table with wheels. The machine is complete with variable speed dough extrusion device, variable speed filling injector device, variable speed temporized diaphragm cutting device. The machine complies with the guidelines of the CE European Legislation.
